SledSend Brotherhood — Terms of Service

Effective date: September 20, 2026

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Eminent Holdings LLC, doing business as SledSend ("SledSend", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the SledSend Brotherhood app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Who can use this

You must be 18 or older. The Brotherhood is a coaching program for adult men and the app is not intended for anyone under 18.

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

One account per person. Don't share it, don't sell it, don't let someone else use it.

2. What you're getting

The app is free to download and use at the free tier. That includes your rider profile, the OS Tracker, goals, check-ins, and the general community channel.

Brotherhood membership is a separate, paid coaching program — weekly live calls, an assigned captain, guest speakers, and access to the Brotherhood community channels. It is sold outside the app. You join it by booking a call with us and talking it through, not by paying inside the app.

We may change what each tier includes. If we remove something significant from the paid tier, we'll tell members before it happens.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

This is not negotiable and it's the part we enforce hardest.

You may not post, send, upload, or share content that is:

  • Harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating toward anyone
  • Hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive
  • Violent, gory, or that encourages violence or self-harm
  • Illegal, or that promotes illegal activity
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or a scam — including in your profile, your skills, or your business listings
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive promotional posting
  • Someone else's private information, posted without their permission
  • Infringing on someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Impersonating another person, whether a member or not

You also may not harass, stalk, or abuse other members — in channels, in direct messages, or anywhere else.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no warning system and no three-strikes policy. If you post something objectionable or behave abusively toward another member, we will remove the content and terminate your account.

How this is enforced

Report anything. Every message, profile and business listing has a report control. Tap a member's name in chat, or use the report link on their profile.

We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing objectionable content and ejecting the member who posted it.

Block anyone. You can block any other member from their profile or by tapping their name in chat. Blocking hides their content from you and yours from them, in both directions. They aren't told. You can unblock from your profile at any time.

Consequences. Depending on what happened, we may remove the content, clear parts of your profile, suspend your account, or terminate it permanently. For serious violations, termination is immediate and permanent, with no refund of any amounts already paid.

We don't owe you an explanation before acting, though we'll usually give one.

4. Your content

You own what you post. Your messages, profile, photos and business listings stay yours.

You give us permission to store, display and distribute that content within the app so it can be shown to other members — that's what makes the app work. This permission ends when you delete the content, subject to section 6.

You're responsible for your content. Don't post anything you don't have the right to post.

We can remove content that violates these terms, without notice.

Images are stored publicly. Photos you attach to messages live at long, unguessable URLs that anyone holding the link can open without signing in. Don't post anything in chat you'd be uncomfortable having outside the app.

5. What we expect from you

Don't:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the app's source code
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically collect member data
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts against the app
  • Attempt to access another member's account or any part of the system you're not authorized to reach
  • Interfere with the app's operation or security
  • Use the app to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to other members
  • Resell or redistribute access to the app or to Brotherhood content

Anything you learn about other members inside the app — their goals, their check-ins, what they share in channels — stays inside the app. What's said in the Brotherhood stays in the Brotherhood.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, from your profile. No email required.

When you delete, we remove your name, email, photo, your entire rider profile, your goals, check-ins, tasks and life-balance history, your leaderboard history, and your sign-in credentials. Your account becomes permanently inaccessible.

Your messages stay, shown as from a former member. Deleting them would tear holes in conversations other members are part of. Your name comes off them.

We keep a record of your billing history — what you were invoiced and paid — as required for tax and accounting. It isn't visible to other members.

No refunds on deletion. If you delete mid-month, you don't get the remainder back.

We can also terminate your account for violating these terms, as described in section 3.

7. Payment

Brotherhood membership is billed outside the app. Pricing, billing cycle and payment terms are what you agreed to when you joined.

Cancel any time by telling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

No refunds for partial periods, for time you didn't use the app, or for accounts terminated for violating these terms.

8. The coaching program is not professional advice

This matters, so read it.

The Brotherhood is peer coaching and accountability. It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or professional services of any kind. Your captain is another member, not a licensed professional.

Nothing in the app or in a Brotherhood call substitutes for professional help. If you're dealing with a medical or mental health issue, see a doctor or a licensed therapist.

If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US), or 911 for an emergency.

Advice from other members — about their trade, their business, or anything else — is their opinion, not ours. We don't verify anyone's professional credentials, skills listings, or business claims. Do your own diligence before hiring a member or doing business with one.

9. AI-generated content

The app can suggest tasks for your goals using AI. Those suggestions are generated automatically, may be wrong, and are not reviewed by a human before you see them. Treat them as a starting point, not instructions.

10. Our stuff

The app, its design, code, and the SledSend name and logos belong to us. These terms give you permission to use the app — they don't transfer any ownership.

Don't use our name or logos without written permission.

11. The app is provided as-is

We work to keep the app running and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. It's provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these terms.

14. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes get notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

16. Apple and Google

If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play:

  • These terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple or Google
  • Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the app
  • Apple and Google aren't responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you
  • You confirm you aren't located in a country subject to a US embargo and aren't on any US government restricted-parties list

17. Everything else

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing something once doesn't waive it. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the app.
